The working model
Ask the question. Build useful context. Keep the boundaries clear.
Patsy's job is to reduce the distance between a photography-business question and a useful next step. The public conversation comes first. Durable account access begins only after verified email, card-backed trial, and successful Stripe activation.
1. Patsy gathers useful context
The public experience can begin with a plain-language question. A business name, current website, portfolio photographs, specialty, location, service list, and preferred tone can make later answers and website direction more specific.
What you can provide
- A business name and one sentence about what you photograph
- A Google Business Profile or current website
- A few photographs or a larger portfolio
- Your service area, specialties, packages, and preferred inquiries
- Examples of language, design, or client experience that feel like you
2. She stays focused on photographers
Website, Business Coach, Marketing, and SEO modes retain separate conversations, but they can share studio context. That means a pricing discussion can inform later website language without forcing every topic into a website pitch.
Photographer-specific website blocks let Patsy create a coherent multi-section draft without forcing every studio into one fixed template. Each revision creates a new immutable version. Publishing always shows the affected site and version, records approval, and supports republishing an earlier version through the same gate.
The planning questions
- Who is the right client, and what are they trying to decide?
- What proof will reduce uncertainty fastest?
- What action should this page make easier?
- Which specialty-specific tools belong in the path?
- Which features would only create distraction right now?
3. She uses narrow tools for concrete work
A useful agent needs permissioned tools, not just persuasive language. The Founding release includes website drafting and publishing, managed-site leads, appointment booking, approved review requests, private galleries, favorites, controlled downloads, products, Stripe test checkout, Prodigi sandbox fulfillment, plan usage, referrals, billing, and shared-context human support.
Consequential actions fail closed. Website publishing and review-request sending require recorded approval. Paid print orders are created from a signed webhook and submitted idempotently. Custom-domain preparation stops at exact DNS instructions and a pending state until the photographer changes external DNS manually.
4. You respond to a useful answer
The public conversation should answer the question first, then ask for only the context that makes the next answer more useful. Website, pricing, marketing, and SEO topics can remain distinct without losing the studio facts already established.
The photographer can begin publicly, then decide whether to create a Founding 100 account. Account creation requires verified email and a card-backed 14-day trial. Essential is $19 per month with Page by Patsy; Studio is $59 per month and makes the attribution optional.
5. Important boundaries stay visible
- Website drafting does not change the public site. Publishing uses recorded approval, immutable versions, and rollback.
- A migration should not be called automatic until the exact platform path has been tested end to end.
- Patsy should not claim instant search rankings or guaranteed revenue.
- Original photographs need an independent backup outside any delivery platform.
- Payment processing, product production, taxes, and shipping remain separate provider costs.
- Contracts, deposits, invoices, complex CRM automation, and live rank tracking are not included.
- External custom-domain DNS pointing remains manual even though Patsy provides the exact records and pending state.
- Retention and export policies still being finalized should be identified before a photographer relies on them.
6. Human product support is available by request
PA Digital Studio is the accountable company behind Patsy. Human product support can help with the working experience, and separately quoted services can address complex migrations, custom needs, or done-for-you work.
Request support from the current conversation. The request includes the workspace, active mode, conversation, recent messages, relevant shared facts, and a concise problem summary. Authorized support can assign the request and reply asynchronously in the same thread. The reply is labeled Your human support and the access is auditable.
