01Can I talk to Patsy before I create an account?+
Yes. The public conversation is available before signup. Durable access begins only after you verify your email, add a card, and the Stripe-backed trial activates successfully.
02Why does the trial require a card?+
The trial becomes the paid plan you select unless you cancel before day 14. Requiring a card also protects the limited founding cohort and the referral program from disposable trial accounts.
03Do I need an invitation?+
No. Create your account directly after trying Patsy. Founding places remain subject to availability.
04How many founding accounts are available?+
The Founding 100 cohort is capped at 100 activated photographer accounts. A reserved or abandoned signup does not count as an activated account.
05How does the referral reward work?+
Each founding account receives five single-use Patsy Passes. The referring member earns one free month only after the referred photographer completes a qualifying paid payment. A signup or trial alone does not earn the reward.
06Which plans display Page by Patsy?+
Published trial and Essential pages include the subtle Page by Patsy attribution. Studio lets the photographer keep it or remove it.
07What is the practical difference between Essential and Studio?+
Essential includes 25 GB of active media storage, 100 monthly leads and 100 monthly appointments before an upgrade notice, up to 100 active products, 2,500 gallery photos, custom-domain preparation, and Prodigi sandbox integration. Studio includes 500 GB, unlimited legitimate leads, 2,000 monthly appointments before an upgrade notice, up to 1,000 active products, 25,000 gallery photos, blog publishing, weekly competitor intelligence, and weekly local map-pack heatmaps. Both plans include shared-context human product support. Studio also makes Page by Patsy optional.
08What happens if I reach a plan limit?+
Patsy will not discard a real lead or confirmed appointment. Customer activity continues while the account receives an upgrade notice. New media uploads pause at the published storage or gallery-photo cap until capacity is freed or the plan is upgraded. New or reactivated products pause at 100 active products on Essential and 1,000 on Studio; existing products and order history stay intact.
09What works in the Founding release?+
The Founding test-mode journey supports managed-site leads, open-slot appointment booking, private galleries, favorites, controlled downloads, products, Stripe test checkout, idempotent paid test orders to Prodigi sandbox, and review requests that send only after recorded approval. Contracts, deposits, and complex CRM automation are not included.
10Is Prodigi available on Essential?+
Yes, in sandbox. Both Essential and Studio include the tested Prodigi sandbox integration and test fulfillment path. Checkout uses Stripe test mode and fulfillment uses Prodigi sandbox, so no real card is charged and no physical product is produced. Stripe Connect onboarding is a hosted provider step the photographer must complete. Production credentials and live charging are a separate go-live step. Payment processing, production, shipping, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks remain separate provider costs and responsibilities.
11Can a real person help?+
Yes. Request human help from the current conversation. Authorized support receives the workspace, active mode, recent messages, relevant shared facts, and the problem summary. An asynchronous reply appears in the same conversation as Your human support, with assignment and resolution status recorded.
12Does Patsy guarantee rankings or bookings?+
No. Patsy can help think through pricing, positioning, website structure, marketing, and SEO. She cannot guarantee search positions, inquiries, bookings, sales, or business results.
13Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancel before the 14-day trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. A paid cancellation preserves access through the recorded period end. Patsy is active delivery storage, not a promise of permanent archival storage, so keep independent originals and financial or legal records.
