Patsy planning the visual direction for a photography brand

Individuals, teams, and brand stories

Help every client look prepared before they step in front of the lens.

A headshot client may need one confident image by Friday. A brand client may need months of campaign content. A company may need 40 people photographed consistently. Patsy can help plan distinct buying paths while keeping the studio coherent.

The client lifecycle

Every specialty creates a different kind of pressure.

These stages combine photographer-specific guidance with operating tools included in the Founding release. Specialty requirements beyond managed-site leads, open-slot appointments, private galleries, products, approved review requests, and shared-context support are called out honestly.

01 · Choose the right service

Visitors may not know whether they need a headshot, a brand library, an office-day setup, or a recurring content plan.

Patsy's role: Separate the decisions with relevant examples, deliverables, and direct next steps.

02 · Prepare with confidence

Wardrobe, expression, backgrounds, usage, team schedules, and image anxiety can stall booking.

Patsy's role: Put concise preparation guidance and the photographer's coaching approach into the client journey.

03 · Select and approve

Individuals need simple favorites while teams may need multiple approvers, naming rules, and consistent retouching.

Patsy's role: Use a private gallery and favorites for simple selections. Annotations, retouching notes, version comparison, and formal approval workflow are not included.

04 · Renew the image library

Teams change and brands outgrow their current images, but nobody remembers to plan the next session.

Patsy's role: Help the studio plan renewal timing and draft a useful check-in. Automated renewal campaigns and a specialized account CRM are not included.

Recommended website

Pages should answer the decisions this client actually makes.

This is a strategic starting structure, not a required template. The Founding release turns an approved direction into a multi-section draft, revises it in ordinary language, and publishes the approved immutable version to a managed URL.

Workflow planning

The website earns more when the next steps make sense.

The Founding release includes leads, open-slot appointments, private galleries, favorites, controlled downloads, products, approved review requests, and Prodigi sandbox fulfillment. Production and provider costs are separate. Contracts, deposits, complex CRM automation, and specialty workflows not named in the release remain separate.

Growth without generic marketing

Use the work the specialty naturally creates.

Good growth ideas emerge from actual sessions, client questions, timing, local knowledge, and the relationships already in the business.

Opportunity

New-hire continuity

Give company clients a clear process for adding people later without rebuilding the visual standard each time.

Opportunity

Recurring brand content

Turn a one-time brand session into a useful quarterly or campaign-based image plan when the client actually needs it.

Opportunity

Profession-specific discovery

Create honest pages for executives, actors, attorneys, medical teams, real estate agents, or other groups the studio already serves.

Specialty questions

What headshot and branding photographers ask before trusting the system.

01Can one site serve both individuals and corporate teams?

Yes. Distinct service paths can share one visual brand while asking different questions and presenting different deliverables.

02Can company contacts approve images for a whole team?

That workflow should be configured and tested around the studio's privacy and approval needs. Patsy should not promise multi-party permissions until the exact setup is verified.

03Can Patsy help with licensing language?

Patsy can help organize and explain licensing terms the photographer provides. Legal language and client-specific rights should be approved by the studio and its legal adviser when needed.
