The client lifecycle
These stages combine photographer-specific guidance with operating tools included in the Founding release. Specialty requirements beyond managed-site leads, open-slot appointments, private galleries, products, approved review requests, and shared-context support are called out honestly.

Workflow planning
The Founding release includes leads, open-slot appointments, private galleries, favorites, controlled downloads, products, approved review requests, and Prodigi sandbox fulfillment. Production and provider costs are separate. Contracts, deposits, complex CRM automation, and specialty workflows not named in the release remain separate.
Growth without generic marketing
Good growth ideas emerge from actual sessions, client questions, timing, local knowledge, and the relationships already in the business.
Create useful resources worthy of referral by doulas, childbirth educators, pediatric practices, and maternity professionals, without implying endorsements that do not exist.
Explain the value of connected maternity, newborn, sitter, and first-birthday sessions before the family has to make four separate decisions.
Answer genuine local questions about timing, studio preparation, siblings, and what happens when the baby arrives outside the expected window.
Specialty questions
Business Coach mode can help plan the process, and Studio can store the lead and book or reschedule an open appointment. A specialized due-date reservation, contract, deposit, and reminder workflow is not included, so the photographer still manages the uncertain date.
Patsy can organize and clarify facts the photographer provides. She should not invent credentials, training, health practices, or guarantees.
Lead records and notes can retain the relevant history inside one workspace. Patsy does not yet claim a specialized family-lifecycle CRM that automatically joins maternity, newborn, milestone, contract, and payment records.
